“My sister-in-law, Smt. Malati Mitra had fallen on the floor of her room a month back. After a few days when noticed that her pain was not receding and was not able to stand or walk comfortably, she was taken to our family physician who advised for X-ray and MRI of the injury place. It was detected that a part of her spinal chord was broken. We were all taken aback and as per old thought in vogue, we too thought that spinal chord is highly vulnerable and surgery often gives no result. Then through one of our doctor relative and also a patient of Dr. Chinmoy Nath who got completely cured of her broken spine under his treatment. Without wasting a further day we went to Dr. Nath in his Sammanay Clinic at Barasat. He infused total confidence to us and assured that surgery would make her completely cured. Accordingly, on 7 Jul 2025, she was admitted to Techno India Hospital at Salt Lake and Dr. Nath carried out the operation on the same day. It was a wonder turned into reality, and she had walked a few steps on 8th itself and was discharged on the same day. Today, on 22/7/25, I had taken her for check up and removal of stitches. He had examined her and certified her to be completely fit. To express our families’ gratitude for Dr. Nath, emotion takes over and losing proper words. We shall remain ever grateful to him and pray for his good health. It would not be complete if I don’t mention about his staff in the dispensary. They are all so cordial and helpful and caring to ensure patients’ comfort that restores lost confidence of the patients’ relatives. We all are so much charmed.
